Confused by the bad reviews. Never had a bad issue with this Starbucks! Also Jocelyn & Ailine were so sweet and attentive even a couple of minutes before they were closing!

Today. Bad service, slow. They don't know how to offer drink options.

On 12/27 the girl serving that day was very rude closing the place at the same exact 8pm and she didn't want to take my order when I was in line before that; and by the way there was two other girls in front of me. Very unprofessional she just decided not to finish the line with me when I was the last one there. I am never coming back.
